We take pride in our prints and package them with the utmost care so your order arrives safely and in great condition. Of course, we can not account for everything that may occur during transit which can damage your order. But rest assured, if your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please email us at info@muir-way.com with pictures of the damage and we will replace it for you.

SHIPPING TIMES
All of our maps are printed to order so you receive a perfect print. Please allow following times to receive your order.- Paper Prints: 3-7 business days
- Framed Paper Prints: 3-4 weeks
- Canvas Gallery Wraps: 3-7 business days
We ship UPS or USPS Priority for Paper Prints and UPS/FedEx for Framed Prints within the USA.
- Orders over $49 – FREE SHIPPING within the USA
- Orders $49 and under – $6 within the USA.
- 2-Day Shipping on Paper Prints – $20 within contiguous USA only. We will rush the order, but please allow time for production of print.
Most Canadian orders are shipped via our distributor in Canada so there will be no import/duty taxes added.
Framed Prints can not be shipped to Canada.

International Shipping:
Yes, but we are only able to ship our paper prints. We do not ship the canvas gallery wraps or framed prints internationally at this time. You will be responsible for any Duties and Taxes imposed by your Government.- Europe, UK, and Asia – DHL International $50 plus customs duties/taxes
- Australia and New Zealand – DHL International $45 plus customs duties/taxes
- South America – DHL International $50 plus customs duties/taxes

RETURN POLICY
We stand by everything we print and will accept returns within 30 days of purchasing your Fine Art Paper print. There are NO restocking fees but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returned prints must be in new condition and packaged as they were shipped. Please email us at info@muir-way.com with the order # to receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.
